Same-day urgent care appointments are available each day.  We warmly welcome visitors in our region. Should we call capacity, we will make every effort  to have your pet triaged, arrange a visit at our sister hospital in Collingwood, or direct you to the to closest option.

Call 647 695-5411 or visit Vetwise to talk to a registered veterinary technician at no charge. 

They will be able to advise you on the best course of action which may include facilitating a visit to the emergency hospital, setting up a telemedicine appointment with a veterinarian, or advising you to wait until we are open if the situation is deemed stable and not urgent.
